Having looked at chords & basslines, it's now time to turn our attention to melodic riffs and the role rhythm plays in adding interest with syncopation and cross-rhythm. Ski takes a track suggested by one of the winners, Heatbeat's 'Chow Mein' and breaks down some of the melodies and rhythms of the track.
